From idea to live bot

2. Backtest on real exchange data. Tune parameters; the defaults were validated out-of-sample.
3. Start a paper bot — virtual money, live market. Watch it on the bot page.
4. Ready for live? Add your exchange API key in Me → Venue keys (trade-only keys; withdrawal keys are rejected), then launch with a fixed USDT amount per entry.

Built-in protection

• By default a crypto bot opens no new buys while the Fear & Greed Index is under 20 — no catching falling knives. You can change or turn off the threshold per bot; stock bots don't use it.
• Live bots cap notional per entry and per plan; a kill switch flattens everything with one call.
• Bots survive restarts: a server restart or upgrade keeps your positions open and brings the bot back automatically. Only Stop closes them.

Judge like an operator

Open any bot for its live PnL, profit-change chart, order history and parameters. Stop what underperforms; the History page keeps every run's record honest.
